The review process felt supportive, purposeful and positive. The Dr was not only interested in reviewing the medicine and gave me time to explore/discuss my experiences. I also really appreciated the personal touches in the letter that was sent to my GP e.g. Dr commented in the letter about how nice my bond was/is with my little boy.

This was amazing, was very skeptical at first but stuck to it for the benefit of long term, honestly it's changed my behaviour so much.. haven't had an emotional outburst in a while, and my emotions are much more under control
